Ann. 363 : Call for tender for consulting services and design the world's largest stadium

Baadraan Gostaran Network Company intends to call for tender to conduct the phases 0, 1, and 2 of consulting services, feasibility studies, designing, providing site plans and providing general location maps plus implementation maps of 160-thousand-people Stadium of Baadraan Gostaran Network Company in Tehran entrusted the competent and qualified consultants.

Phase 00: Project Infrastructure Studies including implementation necessity studies and initial locating the site in the due land subjected to the construction of the stadium (the initial feasibility)

Phase 01: Conceptual Design Studies and Project Basics including providing economic, financial, social, cultural, environmental, geotechnical, routing studies, and passive defense feasibility studies; providing site plans and locating the structures required by the client, including the 160-thousand-people Stadium, luxurious 5-star hotel, a health zone for tourists’ welfare, commercial stores around the stadium, parking lot with a capacity of 100,000 cars at least, and designing all paths and accessibilities, whether inside the complex or outer accessibilities of adjacent roads and streets.

Phase 02: engineering and technical calculations studies; determining the exact implementation location; determining the work volume and their due implementation timing- broken-down to the year of project implementation- based on the second level studies; the quantity surveying and estimating costs related to the project implementation over the work years as based on the fixed prices of tender announcement year; costs-benefit studies, and designing all plans related to the Baadraan 160-people-stadium plus all technical details and specifications.
Dear applicants should pay 200 EUR as the fee of tender paper and documents, and send its receipt to the below email address at most until Feb. 20th., 2017. As soon as we receive the receipt, the documents will be sent back to you by email
